📦 Processing Times
Most items are made to order and begin production as soon as your purchase is received. Production times vary depending on the product type and fulfillment partner:
Jewelry & Jewelry Boxes: 1–3 business days
Watches, Woven Blankets, Journals, Mugs, and Apparel: 3–5 business days
Bible Covers & Similar Items: 2–3 business days
Specialty or International Items (e.g. custom photo items): May take longer — up to 7–10 business days

🧾 Customs, VAT, & Import Fees
We do our best to ensure your item clears customs smoothly. However, for international orders (especially in the EU, UK, and Canada), import duties, VAT, or customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

❌ Cancellations & Changes
Orders begin processing quickly, so changes or cancellations may only be possible if your item has not yet entered production. Contact us at hello@heirloomharbour.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

🔁 Replacements for Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

Photos of the issue
We’ll arrange for a replacement as quickly as possible. Do not return items without contacting us first, as return instructions vary by product and fulfillment partner.

🖼 My Item Looks Different Than Expected
We strive to accurately represent all products. In some cases, digital renderings are used for mockups (especially for customizable products). Slight variations may occur.
